Dr. Tom Anderson is an enthusiastic and driven Chiropractor who focuses on manual Chiropractic techniques combined with rehabilitation exercises to provide a high level of care that aims to help injuries and improve general well-being.
Tom graduated from RMIT with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Chiropractic). His passion for health started when he was first introduced to a Chiropractor at age 11. He had been suffering from severe migraines and no other treatment had been successful. After seeing a chiropractor for a course of treatment he had a very positive experience. It has been since then that he has been interested in how the body works and strives to help people who may be suffering from the same or similar conditions.
Tom has always had a large passion for sport, especially for fitness, basketball, surfing and rugby league. Tom has also represented and captained Victoria in Touch Football. He found that regular adjustments helped him to perform at a high level without suffering from consistent injuries. It’s because of this love of sport, Tom took a large interest in sports chiropractic and rehabilitation, to help patients recover from debilitating injuries that have occurred on and off the field. Previous to joining the Wellbeing team, Tom has practiced in both Collingwood and Bundoora. He has also spent time with many different sporting clubs, aiding in their prevention and treatment of injuries.
Dr. Tom is available for appointments Monday to Saturday at the Hoppers Crossing or Point Cook practices.
