As a practitioner my mission is health and my aim is to help you achieve and maintain optimum wellbeing and vitality. I do this through my extensive training and expertise in treating pain and coaching health and wellness through personal development and meditation, acupuncture/cupping, neuromuscular massage, nutrition and trauma release.
In addition to alleviating pain, I believe the purpose of a wellbeing practitioner, regardless of modality, is to act as a guide in health and wellness. Given our expertise and knowledge we have a responsibility to coach and advise our patients on the best path forward to health. Ultimately, prevention is better than cure and if I can make myself unnecessary in my patients life then we have achieved the aim of optimum health. This, of course, requires patience and perseverance from both practitioner and patient.
I began my training in Ireland as a massage therapist in 2002 and qualified as a sports massage therapist in 2006. I received my Chinese Medicine and acupuncture certification in 2010 and have continued to train since then in meditation, spiritual and personal development and most recently trauma release exercises. I have an extensive list of additional certificates, diplomas and training which reflects my passion for health including reflexology, aromatherapy, Indian head massage, nutrition, solar sound healing, tai chi/qi gong and meditation.
My overseas training included 6 years of formal study in addition to continual professional development and it gives me a unique combination of therapies and experience. I love my chosen career and feel blessed every day that I get the opportunity to help people get pain free and achieve their wellness goals.
I look forward to meeting you
